The client bought this vacant public house site with a with to clearing the site and creating a new housing scheme. There were many planning issues due to the sensitive village location and the final, approved scheme provided a part three storey building reflecting the former pub and a small terrace that the rear of the site that, although new, had the appearance of a barn conversion
