A challenging project to redevelop a former contaminated filling station site which had become derelict and an eyesore. We created a prestigious private mews development offering 11 city centre three storey houses. It pleasantly commands a prime site between the river and Brant Road with private access security and it's own individual designs representing a close working relationship with Lincoln City Council planners.
