This is a very tight site in Lincoln and needed a high density design to be commercially viable. The site is very prominent when entering Lincoln from the north / west so the scheme had to have a quality design. We created 8 new houses and 12 apartments with parking and managed to meet the needs of the client (Gelder Group), Longhurst Housing Association and the city planners
